♥DEPOSITS upon booking, a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when selecting your desired service. once selected, you’ll be asked for your contact information as well as your card information, & will be used for your deposit. ♥RESCHEDULING if you need to reschedule your appointment, you may reschedule 24hrs before. ♥CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS if you no call no show your appointment without communicating with me you will be banned from booking. if an appointment is cancelled (within 24hrs) there is a 25% cancellation fee that will be charged from your card on file. i know life happens, please communicate with me ahead of time! ♥LATE POLICY Lashedoutbyxo allows a 15min grace period. after 15mins will be a $5 late fee.
